TikTok is where Nova gets a little less polished and a lot more real.

It’s where I share the thoughts that arrive before I’ve had time to overthink them — honest conversations about life, self-love and finding your way back to yourself, alongside laughter, everyday moments and the occasional bit of beautiful chaos.

There’s no expectation to have everything figured out here. Some days we’ll talk about the deeper stuff. Other days we might just laugh at something ridiculous.
